Directions:
Cook orzo according to package; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add lemon juice, zest, and cooked orzo. Stir well.
Return shrimp to pan. Toss everything together and finish with Parmesan and parsley.
