π Ingredients
200 g all-purpose flour
150 g sugar
125 g softened butter π§
3 eggs π₯
1 packet baking powder (10 g)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract πΈ
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder π«
About 60 ml milk π₯

1. Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F), preferably on fan mode.
Grease and flour a 24 cm loaf pan, or line it with baking paper for easy unmolding.
2. Make the batter
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar together until light and creamy. β¨
Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.
Sift in the flour with the baking powder and fold gently into the mixture.
Gradually pour in the milk until the batter is smooth and soft.
Divide the batter into two equal portions.
