Ingredients:
1 lb crab legs
1 lb large shrimp, deveined
2 ears corn, cut into thirds
1 lb baby potatoes
½ cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
In a large pot, boil baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 10-12 minutes). Add corn during the last 5 minutes.
In a separate pot, steam crab legs and shrimp until cooked (crab: 5-6 minutes, shrimp: 2-3 minutes).
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in Old Bay, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Toss cooked seafood, potatoes, and corn in the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
Transfer to a large bowl or takeout container. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve hot with lemon wedges.
