Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until soft. Add shrimp and cook 2–3 minutes. Add crab, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
In a saucepan, melt butter, add heavy cream and red pepper flakes. Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan until melted and smooth. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, and 1/2 cup Parmesan.
In a baking dish, layer: sauce, noodles, ricotta mix, seafood, mozzarella. Repeat layers. Finish with sauce and mozzarella.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil, bake 10 more minutes until golden.
Let rest 10 minutes before serving
