1. Prepare the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, minced garlic, lime juice, zest, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
Chill in the fridge while you cook the fish.
2. Cook the Cod:
• Pat the cod dry with paper towels and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes.
• In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.

• Squeeze fresh lemon juice over them before removing from heat.
