Honey and Bacon Roasted Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into pieces (in half or quarters depending on their size).

Dry them with a clean cloth.
Cut the bacon into small pieces.
2. Cooking the bacon
Heat a skillet over medium heat and fry the bacon until crisp.
Remove it and drain it on absorbent paper.
3. Roast the potatoes
In the same pan, add the olive oil and butter.
Add the potatoes and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to brown evenly.
Sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
4. Adding honey and bacon
Once the potatoes are golden brown and tender, add the honey and mix well to coat each piece.
