Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

🛒 Ingredients
• 500 g ground chicken
• 60 g breadcrumbs or blended oats
• 60 g grated Parmesan 🧀
• 1 egg 🥚
• 2 garlic cloves, minced 🧄
• 1 small onion, grated
• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley 🌿
• 1 tbsp mustard (optional)
• 1 tsp oregano or Italian herbs
• Salt + pepper 🧂
• Olive oil for greasing

👩‍🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Mix chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, onion, herbs, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Knead until the mixture becomes cohesive.

Shape into a loaf and place in an oiled pan.

Add extra Parmesan on top for a golden crust ✨

Bake 40–45 minutes, until cooked through (74°C internal temp).
