𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

300g shrimp (peeled & deveined)

1 bunch asparagus, trimmed & cut into 2-inch pieces

1 cup mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)

1 tbsp olive oil or sesame oil

Β½ tsp black pepper

Optional: chili flakes or a splash of lemon juice

SautΓ© the Veggies:

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium-high.

Add mushrooms and cook for 3–4 min until browned. Add asparagus and cook another 3–4 min until just tender.

Push veggies to the side of the pan. Add shrimp and garlic.

Cook for 2–3 min per side until shrimp is pink and opaque.

Add Sauce & Finish:

Pour in soy sauce and toss everything together. Season with pepper and optional chili flakes or lemon juice.

Serve Immediately:
