Spicy Cajun Seafood Ramen Bowl

1. Prepare the seafood & veggies:
Boil the corn and potatoes until tender (about 10–12 minutes).
In a skillet, cook the lobster tail and shrimp in a little butter until just pink. Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the sausage:
In the same pan, sear the sausage slices until golden-brown and slightly crispy.
3. Make the Cajun butter sauce:
• Melt butter in the pan.
• Add garlic, Cajun seasoning, paprika, onion powder, pepper, and chili flakes. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
• Pour in broth, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
4. Add the ramen noodles:
Boil the ramen in the sauce (add a bit of water if needed) until cooked and saucy.
5. Assemble the bowl:
In a deep dish (like the heart-shaped one 💕), layer noodles, then top with lobster, shrimp, sausage, corn, boiled eggs, and potatoes.
Spoon the spicy Cajun butter sauce all over.
6. Finish:
Sprinkle with parsley and a touch of lemon juice before serving.

🌶️ Tip:

For a creamier version, stir in 2 tbsp of heavy cream or cream cheese into the sauce before adding the noodles — it becomes rich and velvety.
