Probably the most delicious meal I have ever cooked, it is absolutely delicious.

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and chili powder.
Take a potato and wrap half a slice of bacon around it. Secure with a toothpick.
Roll the bacon-wrapped potatoes in the brown sugar mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.
Place the wrapped potatoes on the wire rack. Repeat with the remaining potatoes and bacon.
Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the potatoes are golden brown.

Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Variations & Tips
Want to kick things up a notch? Add a small piece of sharp cheddar cheese to the tater tots before wrapping them in bacon. For a spicy twist, sprinkle some cayenne pepper over the brown sugar and chili powder mix. For a healthier option, use turkey bacon instead of regular bacon. And if you’re hosting a party with vegetarians, consider using a plant-based bacon alternative so everyone can enjoy this delicious treat.
