A light, balanced, and easy recipe for any time of the day!
Have you ever tried oat crepes? 🤔
This recipe will win you over! It’s simple, healthy, and incredibly tasty.
With just three basic ingredients, you can make a soft, melt-in-your-mouth breakfast or snack — with no special tools or fancy ingredients.
🌾 Ingredients:
To make these oat crepes, you’ll need:
🥣 ½ cup rolled oats (or oat flour)
🥚 1 egg
🥛 1 cup milk (regular or plant-based)
🧂 A pinch of salt
🍬 1 tsp sugar (optional)
🧈 Butter or oil for cooking
Tip: If you use oat flour, your crepes will be smoother and thinner.
If you use rolled oats, they’ll be more textured and fiber-rich.
👩🍳 Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, milk, and egg.
Add salt and sugar, and whisk until smooth.
Let the batter rest for about 5 minutes so the oats can absorb the milk.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan, spreading it evenly into a thin layer.
Cook until golden on one side, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat until all the batter is used.
🍯 Serving Suggestions:
Serve your oat crepes warm and dusted with powdered sugar — just like in the picture 😍
