How to Make Nutella Crepes
Ingredients:
6 large eggs
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
1½ cups all-purpose flour
4 cups whole milk
¼ cup melted butter or oil
Nutella
Toasted Almond Flakes
Nonstick pan
Rubber spatula
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, salt, sugar, flour, and milk until smooth.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and brush with melted butter or oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter into the pan, swirling to evenly coat the bottom.
Cook until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with the remaining batter to make multiple crepes.
Spread Nutella on each crepe and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes before folding.
